Get monitor summary
Returns the fit rate, fit count, traces seen, and a chart series for the window. Counts are exact over the latest judgment of each trace. recalibrating is true during a cron or manual recalibrate, and suggestions lists pending phrasing changes. feedback_consumed_through is the latest succeeded cron or manual run’s start, or null when none has succeeded. The window includes start and excludes end.
